Thanks for visiting my blog. It isn't hard to embed videos into a blog. Go to Google Video and pick a video that you like. There should be a button that says Email-Blog-Post to My Space. Click on that and then click on Embed HTML. Some code will appear. Select and copy that and paste it into your blog post. That's all you have to do. If you have any problems, let me know.
