
As Wikipedia says J. Haward Miller didn't mean to present Rosie the Riveter on 1942, but people were inspired by his picture to be a symbol for this period of history.

Today i found a picture for Obama giving a similar idea "Yes, we can".
Will it be one day a symbol for another American icon?

Maybe will represent the change or maybe will be symbol for something else, could be so different from what Obama means to do.
